DynastyGPT ("DynastyGPT," "we," "us") is operated by Noogen Labs LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use dynastygpt.com and the DynastyGPT platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.

What we collect

• Account information. When you sign in we collect your email address and basic profile details through our authentication provider, Clerk. We do not store your password.
• League data. When you connect a Sleeper league we fetch publicly available league information through the Sleeper API — rosters, trade history, draft history, standings, and owner display names. We store this data so the platform can run analyses against it.
• Usage analytics. We collect aggregate usage data — pages viewed, features used, performance metrics — through Vercel Analytics. This data is anonymized and is used to improve the product.
• Communications. If you submit a beta request, contact support, or sign up for updates, we retain the messages and contact details you provide.

How we use it

• To run the DynastyGPT platform and deliver the features you request.
• To generate league-aware analyses, trade grades, rankings, and other intelligence surfaces from your connected league data.
• To monitor performance, debug issues, and improve the service.
• To respond to support requests and beta correspondence.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your league data to train third-party AI models.

Third-party services

DynastyGPT relies on the following service providers. Each handles a narrow part of the platform under their own privacy practices:

• Clerk — authentication and account management.
• Vercel — hosting, edge delivery, and analytics.
• Supabase — primary database and storage.
• Sleeper API — read-only league data integration.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. Vercel Analytics collects anonymous performance and visit metrics without using tracking cookies that identify individual users. We do not run third-party advertising networks or behavioral retargeting.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data associated with your account, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, email support@dynastygpt.com. We respond within a reasonable time and will permanently delete your account and connected league data on request, subject to legal retention obligations.

Children

DynastyGPT is not directed to anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-product or by email.
